Gaucho Farms is a small, diversified family farm producing all-natural, superior-quality, grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured poultry and free-range eggs, along with other farm products. We started the farm four years ago with a goal of growing healthier foods for our family, while learning how to manage a small-scale, diversified farming system. Thanks to the support and encouragement of many family, friends and loyal, word-of-mouth customers, we’ve now reached a stage where we can begin to offer our farm products more widely.
