Rainfield Farm is an organic farm located about an hour outside of Chicago in New Carlisle, Indiana.
The farm produces a variety of fruits and vegetables with most of them being heirlooms. In addition to the vegetables, we grow herbs and flowers that are sold at the farm or local farmer's markets. We also have free range organic chickens and eggs that are sold onsite typically March through November.
This year we'll also start producing some vegetables year round in our greenhouses. I n 2013 we'll put in our apple orchard so we'll have apples in a couple years (fingers crossed).
If you're interested in an internship we'll start our program in 2014. Feel free to contact us for more information.
