A diverse and innovative endeavor that utilizes sustainable and new vegetable farming practices such as multi-cropping, cover crops, plasticulture, and trap crops. Over three hundred different varieties of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers are raised at Linda's Gardens each year. High tunnels are used extensively to extend the vegetable growing season in early spring, late fall and into winter. We continually experiment with new plant varieties, not only with traditional American types of produce but ethnic varieties as well.
