The Glass Rooster Home Cannery and Licensed Kitchen is a clean, inviting facility for novice and experienced cooks interested in storing a safe food supply efficiently from home grown sources. We offer classes and events on canning, food preservation and cooking. Resources to grow and buy in-season produce are available on site in addition to our line of homemade soup mixes, bread mixes, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, and canned goods. Catering featuring in-season ingredients and fresh homemade bread is available upon request. Take time to visit our Art and Antique Barn while you are here, filled with hand-crafted items and one-of-a-kind pieces of history. Located in the Columbus area, we are on a farm 6 miles north of New Albany, 1673 South State Route 605, Sunbury, Ohio.
