Fairly Traded Organic's sugar operations have been producing organic certified raw sugar cane in Paraguay South America since 1994 and the mill is the oldest continuously operating organic sugar mill in the world. Our mill is also one of only 3 in the world to produce sugar that is both organic and Fair Trade certified.

Harmony Hollow Apiaries offers local education about our natural resources and pollinators as well as a line of products from the hive. As an active member of The Texas Honeybee Guild, we use no pesticides in our gardens, or any chemicals in our hives, and keep our apiary to the same standards of Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) Apiary Standards. Rex also holds a State Permit for performing live honeybee removals from structures. Our bees are located local organic farms near Dallas, Texas and Tyler, Texas.
