We are a small farm in Washington County, MD. We raise beef, pork, and lamb. Although we are not certified organic we follow organic practices and all animals are fed naturally with no added hormones or stimulants. Our cattle are always on pasture and fed supplemental grains. Our beef is lean and healthy, aged 3-4 weeks for tenderness and flavor. Our Hogs are raised antibiotic free and have a large barn to roam in. We feed them natural grains with no animal by-products. Our pork is on the leaner side and any curing is nitrate free. Our lambs are raised on pasture, given their mothers milk and a little grain. We are a working farm. We sell our meat products at farm markets and food co-ops. Also, you are welcome to call and place an order for on-farm pick up by appointment.
