We raise pure grass fed beef on our Mossyrock farm. All beef are fed a diet of local grasses and hay. Our beef cattle have access to clean well water, free of chlorine and fluoride. We do not use grains, antibiotics or hormones. We ethically raise our animals in a stress free environment.
We process our own beef at our custom meat cutting shop, Salmon Creek Meats and cut according to our customers wishes. Emphasis is placed on cleanliness, accuracy and no waste.
We also have perfected chemical free meat curing. This means no nitrates or nitrites in your hams and bacons. We also make chemical free sausages and smoked meats, free of common allergens like dairy, gluten, nuts and corn.
