F2M Texas is a non-profit corporation seeking to provide Texas farmers and ranchers with beneficial direct-marketing opportunities and provide citizens in Central Texas communities with a wide variety of locally-produced foods in convenient locations. In addition, the corporation seeks to educate the public about nutritional, economic, environmental, and social implications of eating seasonally and locally. Our local farmers market is held each Saturday at Lakeline Mall.

Urban Harvest is a nonprofit organization that uses fruit, vegetables, and habitat gardens to improve quality of life in the greater Houston area. We teach organic gardening techniques, help neighborhoods build successful community gardens, create outdoor classrooms at schools that teach core curricula, nutrition and respect for the environment, provide fresh, locally grown food, and encourage responsible land use.
